Post-show discussion | June 22 at 5:30 p.m.
Join us after the Sunday, June 22, performance of The Color Purple for a post-show discussion! Dr. Mary H. Russell will lead a talkback with cast members on the topic of Becoming Your Best Self: A Collaborative Exploration of Self-Actualization. It will take a dive into the concept of self-actualization, and it will be explored through examining the stories of characters from the show. That exploration will then help us reflect on how this looks in our own lives and how we can become the best versions of ourselves. We hope you’ll join us!
About the moderator: With extensive experience as a leadership development coach as well as certifications in emotional intelligence and personality inventories, Dr. Russell brings a wealth of expertise to the discussion on self-actualization. Her decades-long work focuses on helping individuals unlock their potential, refine interpersonal skills, and achieve personal and professional growth. Through thoughtful guidance, she creates a safe, dynamic, and engaging environment for exploration and transformation.
