Our Staff

Megan Farrell Sather joined the Raleigh Little Theatre team as Marketing Manager in August 2019. Prior to RLT, Megan worked as a Marketing Manager in the fine jewelry industry for five years. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the Poole College of Management at North Carolina State University.

Megan grew up a theater kid and has always enjoyed being both a performer and an audience member! She has recently flexed her theater muscles by taking some of RLT’s numerous adult class offerings. She attends as many local productions as possible and is thrilled to be a part of the rich Triangle performing arts community!

A little more about her – Megan loves classic movies, game nights, Halloween, and all things Disney! She is a proud plant mom, and her favorite roles in life are wife to Rob, sister to Jen, and aunt to her beautiful baby niece Emmie. 💛
