Our Staff

Helen Nowlan-Walls spent most of her life in the UK and Canada and moved to NC in 2023. She has been working in non-profit development for more than 20 years and has spent her career focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. She has a BA in English & Theatre and is thrilled to be returning to her theatre education and performance roots at RLT. Outside of work Helen can be found driving her kids to their various rehearsals, wrangling her basset hound Daphne Honeybutt, watching murder mysteries, and playing video games whenever time allows it. Helen has been struck by lightning twice and hit by a double decker bus – all while riding a bicycle. Helen is no longer allowed to ride a bicycle.
