List of featured artwork | Updated Sept. 2025

Beth Barger

Beth’s paintings invite the viewer to linger in life’s quiet moments, where light turns the familiar into the sublime. She follows its shimmer across shorelines, meadows, interiors, and even the faces of animals, chasing the fleeting magic that makes the ordinary glow with mystery. Though her impressionistic style has earned national recognition, Beth measures success in something less tangible—the hush of recognition when a viewer feels what she once felt at the easel. For her, a painting’s journey is fulfilled only when it awakens that shared sense of wonder in another soul.

Ann Haigler

Creating ceramic art by hand is a deliberate attempt at slowing down, connecting to the clay, and taking time to appreciate the cycles of forming, decorating, firing, glazing and evaluating the final form. Ann’s process is to manipulate slabs of clay into textural, architectural and whimsical forms, adding detailed touches and interesting glazes to each ceramic work. Ann’s journey into ceramics started after retirement from technology and has become a passion. In addition to assisting in RLT’s costume shop to bring theatre magic to the stage, Ann spends her time with the supportive artists at Sertoma Art Center, crafting and teaching ceramics.
