Inside Out and Backwards is a joyful, almost entirely physical piece of children’s theatre built around two siblings getting ready for bed — and getting spectacularly distracted along the way.

Audience members are invited to help Brother and Sister get ready for bed, even though Sister really doesn’t want to and proceeds to cause chaos for her sibling

What starts as a folding problem turns into a series of make-believe games that transports the audience from mountains, to ski slopes, to sea voyages, to a desert island, with lots of other locations in between.

Inside Out is an engaging journey that shows how we can make time for play in the middle of typical activities that will help spark imagination and show the audience that even mundane activities can be fun.
