Please welcome, Mackie Raymond, joining the Raleigh Little Theatre family as the first ever Jack Hall Artistic Intern!

Mackie is an undergraduate student at NC State University studying Communication Media, Vocal Performance, and Arts Entrepreneurship. She has recently interned with nonprofits 826DC and the Sehgal Foundation, focusing on literacy development, youth education, and women’s empowerment. She currently works part time with NC State’s Disability Services Office, and has performed with a number of companies in the Triangle area. Mackie is pursuing a career in performance and theatre administration; she dreams of opening her own voice studio and working as an artist consultant with the aim of empowering performers with disabilities and working toward a more equitable future of non-traditional casting in stage and film.
