Victoria Wheeler is an experienced, successful finance, operations, and client services professional specializing in building highly effective operations teams. She has supported nonprofit organizations and national technology sales teams, developed processes for startups, and managed large volunteer projects. Victoria has a proven track record using servant leadership to build and coach enthusiastic, thoughtful, detail-oriented teams to operational success. Her professional specialties include office and financial operations management, financial planning and oversight, nonprofit accounting, event planning and project management, fundraising and financial campaign management, relationship and donor management, and volunteer leadership engagement. Originally from Ottawa, Canada, Victoria has lived across the world but has been happy to call Raleigh, NC, home for 17 years. She is a busy mother of three wonderful teenage daughters who love all things theater, music, and dance! She has worked professionally in nonprofit accounting for over a decade and loves to engage in supporting our community organizations. When she’s not busy with work or school activities, she and her family love to travel, visit with extended family, and spend time at the beach.
