Atinuke “Tinu” Diver, JD brings over 15 years of leadership experience across nonprofit leadership, law, community organizing, and documentary arts. As Vice President of Impact at DHIC, Tinu’s work focuses on aligning organizational strategy, storytelling, social impact measurement and fund development to strengthen institutional capacity, expand the creation and preservation of affordable housing, and advance equitable outcomes for residents and communities across North Carolina. Tinu’s local, regional and national leadership roles include the Fulcrum Fellowship with the Center for Community Investment, where she collaborates with leaders across the country to advance equitable community investment strategies. She also serves on the Women, Influence & Power in the Law Advisory Board, served on the City of Raleigh’s Comprehensive Plan Land Use Technical Team in supporting long-range planning and inclusive growth, and serves as a board member of the ACLU of North Carolina. Tinu is also an award-winning documentarian whose writing, audio and film projects explore themes of race, place, and belonging in the American South. She holds a Juris Doctor, Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership and Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Certificate in Documentary Arts from the Center for Documentary Studies at Duke University.
