MICHELE WEATHERS (Producing Artistic Director) (she/her) has built her career bringing people and communities together through the performing arts. Before joining Raleigh Little Theatre, she served in leadership roles at Carolina Ballet, PlayMakers Repertory Company, Barrington Stage Company, and North Carolina Theatre. Her New York credits include In the Heights, High Fidelity, Orson’s Shadow, and Red Light Winter. In 2025, she served as a consulting producer for La Vie Productions on the multi-city national tour of Austen’s Pride, a new musical inspired by Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice. The tour launched at STAGES St. Louis before traveling to cities across the eastern United States. A Meredith College graduate, Michele has participated in artEquity and Emerging Equity workshops and is a member of the League of Professional Theatre Women. She received Triangle Business Journal’s Women in Business Leadership Award in 2019 and was named to Raleigh Magazine’s inaugural Impact 50 in 2024. She is the proud mother of Peyton Rose, a Michigan State University sophomore. Go Green!
