MICHELE WEATHERS (Producing Artistic Director) (she/her/hers) Previously: Executive Director and Senior Executive Advisor at Carolina Ballet (2017-2023), Managing Director at PlayMakers Repertory Company (2014-2016), Managing Director at Barrington Stage Company (Pittsfield, MA) and North Carolina Theatre (1991-2004). NYC credits include: In the Heights, High Fidelity, Orson’s Shadow, and Red Light Winter. In 2019, she was recognized with TBJ’s Women in Business Leadership Award and, in 2024, she was a member of the inaugural group of award winners for Raleigh Magazine’s Impact 50. Michele is a member of the League of Professional Theatre Women and a Theatre Panelist for the National Endowment for the Arts. Her daughter, Peyton Rose, is a freshman at Michigan State University. Go Green! Meredith College grad. Michele is proud of the place RLT holds in this community and is honored to work alongside so many wonderful artists and volunteers.
