Leslie Ann Jackson

Leslie Ann Jackson serves as the President and CEO of Camber Foundation, where she leads the foundation’s growth and establishment as an emerging philanthropic entity in North Carolina. She is energized by connecting the needs of the community to the generous individuals, families, groups, and organizations who are eager to meet those needs through philanthropy.

Prior to her time at Camber Foundation, Leslie Ann served as the Vice President of Community Investment and Engagement at NC Community Foundation, where she led teams across the state responsible for community leadership, grantmaking, and donor engagement. Before entering philanthropy, Leslie Ann worked in child mental health in Maryland and North Carolina.

A proud Demon Deacon, Leslie Ann earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Wake Forest University, and then, her master’s in psychology at the College of William & Mary. Leslie Ann is an active community volunteer, serving as chair of Read and Feed’s Advisory Council and on the board of Wake County Smart Start. She is a past president of the Junior Woman’s Club of Raleigh and an alumni of Leadership North Carolina. Beyond that, you can find Leslie Ann singing show tunes in her car, hosting a gathering of family and friends, reading a book in a coffee shop, or relaxing somewhere by the water.
