Our Staff

Kiran Baucom was born and raised in Durham and is so happy to be back home working in the Triangle’s thriving arts scene. She received a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Yale University, where she held various roles in campus theatre, film, comedy, and performance poetry spaces. As Development Manager, Kiran draws on her varied experiences in arts administration, grant management, and nonprofit fundraising. She looks forward to every opportunity to support the work of her brilliant coworkers and form ever-deeper connections with the entire RLT community.
