Our Staff

Kasey McFerren (she/her) is thrilled to be joining RLT in October 2023! She has taught high school, middle school, elementary school, and pre-k drama and art classes in Watauga and Wake counties in North Carolina and in Boston, Massachusetts. Kasey also has a history of building drama programs at summer camps in Eastern North Carolina. An alumna of Appalachian State University with her BA in Theatre Education, she is an avid fan of snow and all things outdoors.

She recently moved back to the Raleigh area (where she calls home) from Boston, MA since she just graduated with her MFA in Theatre Education and Applied Theatre from Emerson College. She is so happy to be back in her favorite city doing her favorite thing – promoting creativity and community through theatre!
