Hairspray Post-Show Discussion after September 13th performance
Following the performance of Hairspray on Sunday, September 13 at 3pm, there will be a post-show discussion moderated by Dr. Mary Russell.
Strengthening the Bridge to Equality: Acceptance, Inclusion, and Youth-Led Social Justice
This discussion explores personal experiences with advocacy, the distinction between superficial tolerance and genuine inclusion, and the unique challenges faced by young leaders in modern social and professional spaces. Youth members from the Hairspray will participate in the discussion.
Time: Sunday, September 13th, following the performance (approximately 5:45pm).
All are invited to attend.
About the moderator: A theater lover and an accomplished local personal and professional development trainer and coach, she has designed and moderated discussions for the theater, organizations, and other entities. Dr. Russell believes that theater has the power to entertain, enlighten, and engage the community.
