The event will take place in RLT’s Gaddy-Goodwin Theatre and is free and open to the public.

Join us for our annual season celebration and volunteer awards event, the Cantey Awards. This year, we’ll be doing a more casual mix-and-mingle event in the Gaddy Theatre and lobby with ice cream and community!

Performance awards have been presented at Raleigh Little Theatre every year since the 1949-50 season. In the 1975-76 season, the name of the award was changed from “Oscar” to “Cantey” in honor of Mrs. Cantey Venable Sutton, the Grand Dame of Raleigh Little Theatre. In keeping with recent years, we will be celebrating each show from the 24-25 season. Volunteer Award winners will also be announced during the event.
