Beth Barger

Beth’s paintings invite the viewer to linger in life’s quiet moments, where light turns the familiar into the sublime. She follows its shimmer across shorelines, meadows, interiors, and even the faces of animals, chasing the fleeting magic that makes the ordinary glow with mystery. Though her impressionistic style has earned national recognition, Beth measures success in something less tangible—the hush of recognition when a viewer feels what she once felt at the easel. For her, a painting’s journey is fulfilled only when it awakens that shared sense of wonder in another soul.

Amy Flynn

Fobots (Found Object Robots) are the creations of Raleigh, NC artist Amy Flynn. Combing flea markets, auctions, antique malls and the internet for cool, vintage junk, Amy then solders and bolts her finds together to create one-of-a-kind robots. They are not functional, they are not toys, and they will not go on a rampage while you sleep.

Like the Tin Man, each Fobot has a heart in it. If the bot opens up, you can see it dangling from a little chain. If it doesn’t open, you’ll still be able to hear it rattling around inside.

All Fobots are one-of-a-kind.  Custom orders are also welcome.
