The history of Grover’s Corners between the years of 1901 and 1913 are played out on stage. Routine daily activity becomes the subject of drama, from the morning milk delivery to the town choir practice, from the quest for love to the transience of life. Winner of the Pulitzer Prize for Drama in 1938.
