Our Staff

Sherry Lee Allen is pleased to join the Raleigh Little Theatre team of instructors. A union member of Actors’ Equity Association for 35 years, she performed in the Broadway National Tour of Evita and the European Tour of Jesus Christ Superstar with leading roles in: Singin’ in the Rain, Grease, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, The Marvelous Wonderettes, 42nd Street, My Fair Lady, Music Man, Irene, Tartuffe and many more. She was a voice, dance and piano instructor at the NCT Conservatory, Asst. Director/Choreographer for Master STAS program and NCT’s EVITA. She has been an adjunct professor in Dance, Theatre or Music at William Peace University, Meredith College, Grand Valley State University, Aquinas College, Grand Rapids Ballet, established a Musical Theatre academic program at Cornerstone University and Barton College, where she was a faculty member since 2014, the Director of Theatre for the past six years and has directed over 200 productions. Sherry Lee has been a featured Vocalist with Barton College/Wilson Symphony Orchestra, Tar River Swing Band, Moonlight Swing Band and Blue Moon Orchestra and cannot wait to share her passion for theatre with new students.
