We’re excited to announce a new partnership with the City of Raleigh that brings our adult acting classes out into the community! This summer, sign up for a Beginning Actor’s Studio six-week class at one of the following community centers:

• John Chavis Community Center 

  • Located at 505 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd

  • Thursdays, July 24 – August 28

  • 7:00 – 8:30pm

  • Instructor: John Duvall

• Laurel Hills Community Center 

  • Located at 3808 Edwards Mill Road

  • Saturdays, July 26 – August 30

  • 11:00am – 12:30pm

  • Instructor: Romni Rossi

• Millbrook Exchange Community Center 

  • Located at 1905 Spring Forest Rd

  • Sundays, July 27 – August 31

  • 3:30 pm – 5:00pm

Beginning Actor’s Studio: This class is designed for adults who want to give acting a try, or revisit the basics in order to improve their technique! Students will participate in lively theatre games and exercises designed to free up the voice and body, stimulate creativity, promote self-confidence, and teach the building blocks of acting.

It’s the same RLT education you know and love, now offered at different times and in different locations! We hope this will be a beneficial offering in addition to our regular on-site classes.
