Sweeney Todd. February 12 - March 6. Four performances added! A dark and whimsical fantasy. Sweeney Todd seeks revenge on Judge Turpin and teams up with the amorous Mrs. Lovett, a pie maker. When Sweeney opens a barbershop above Mrs. Lovett’s business, he adds a special ingredient to the recipe that has all of London dying for their pies.

American Fairy Tale. January 16 - March 12. Raleigh Little Theatre's Storytellers to Go! presents American Fairy Tale. Performed in area libraries. Admission Free!

Miss Nelson is Missing. March 11 – 27. A musical about learning to behave. Miss Nelson is too nice and can’t control her classroom. She disappears and is replaced by the evil Miss Swamp, who is a strict disciplinarian. Desperate, the children try to get her back – but will they ever find her?

Back Stage Night. Wednesday, March 16. Raleigh Little Theatre will hold its next twice-yearly volunteer open house in the Cantey V. Sutton Theatre.

News from RLT

Announcing the RLT 2016-2017 Season!. Nine of the eleven shows, including all of the adult plays, will be produced for the first time in our 80 year history, and we invite you to share in these stories. Read about our plans for the next year!

Summer 2016 Theatre Camps. Registration now open! Now in its 27th year, RLT's Education Program provides children ages 4-12 and teenagers with comprehensive theatrical training. Camps will fill up quickly so go online and register soon.

Cast list: RLT Players to Go!. Here is the cast list for the RLT Players To Go! trouping show, The Trial Of Goldilocks by Joseph Robinette.

Beertown survey. Beertown, our May production with dog & pony dc, is a devised play based on the input of the community and the audience. Help us pick the objects that define Raleigh by filling out our survey!

Call for teachers. We are always looking for creative theatre teachers to help energize our education program as contract instructors.

Acting For Creative Entreprenuers. New class for adults designed to apply theatrical training to the work of everyday business interactions.

Adult Education Program. Adult Classes now open for registration! You will see your favorite offerings (including Beginning Actor's Studio and Scene Study) along with brand new classes (such as Dancing Into the Auditions and Beginning Playwriting).

Hearing Loop information. Raleigh Little Theatre is pleased to announce the Cantey V. Sutton Theatre now has a hearing loop installed for the hard of hearing. The hearing loop was installed with the generous support of the The Jandy Ammons Foundation, North Carolina Audiology Associates, and The City of Raleigh.
