On May 12, 2013, we lost a member of our family, Haskell Fitz-Simons. He was many things – a friend, mentor, teacher, and a deeply compassionate, talented and sensitive human being. Haskell was artistic director for 30 years but his legacy will be measured not in the number of shows he directed (175!) or the years of service to the community, but in the impact he made on people’s lives.
To honor Haskell, RLT held a celebration of his life Saturday, August 3, 2013.
