Our Staff

Wyatt Booth is a partner with the law firm of Williams Mullen in Raleigh, focusing his practice on commercial real estate.  He represents buyers, sellers and financial institutions in a wide variety of transactional matters.  Wyatt also has extensive experience working with non-profit organizations and community associations, and he is an experienced municipal attorney, currently serving as Town Attorney for the Town of Manteo on Roanoke Island. Wyatt received his Juris Doctor degree from the Washington & Lee University School of Law in 2001, where he was a staff writer for the Washington & Lee Law Review.  He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from N.C. State University in 1998.
