Pam Swanstrom


Pam Swanstrom is semi-retired and selectively works on ERP projects for Value-Added-Resellers. She has extensive experience helping companies design and manage accounting software and human resource software implementations in multiple industries. Services have included software evaluation and selection, system design, development of business policies and procedures, system installation, accounting system controls, training and on-going support. Her diverse background in accounting, consulting and training has enabled her to help clients make sound business decisions when implementing their software solutions.

Pam has worked in the ERP arena for 25 years after serving as Controller/CFO for companies in several different industries. Overall, she has held many diversified accounting positions in both public accounting and private accounting throughout her career.

Pam graduated from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis with a B.S.B. in Accounting and is a former Certified Public Accountant and former Certified Information Technology Consultant. She has served on the Board of Directors for the NC Association of CPAs and Juvenile Diabetes Foundation. She was an ambassador for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and has raised money through the Team in Training and Light the Night programs. She volunteers with the Frankie Lemmon Foundation and the Triangle Wine Experience gala and events. She has been volunteering at the Raleigh Little Theatre Costume shop over the past 6+ years. When not volunteering or working, you can usually find her on Lochmere Golf Course, sailing or travelling.
