Kirk Smith is a Senior Vice President and Commercial Relationship Manager in the Eastern Carolinas market for PNC Bank. In this role he is responsible for working directly with mid-sized businesses (revenue size of $5MM to $50MM+) and their management teams to help them meet their financial goals. He has had a 30+ year Commercial Banking career with various roles from Relationship Management, Underwriting Manager, and Credit Officer. Kirk held these roles during his more than five years with PNC Bank and the prior four with RBC Bank. Previously, Kirk held Commercial Banking roles in Greensboro, NC, Los Angeles, CA and Buffalo, NY.

Kirk is active in community volunteerism and is part of the PNC Grow Up Great Team. Kirk and his wife, Michelle, have lived in North Carolina for 18 years, the last 7 in Raleigh. They have two children. Kirk and Michelle enjoy the local Arts scene in the Triangle, hiking the Grand Canyon, and have become novice foodies through their enjoyment of local restaurants.

Kirk graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a BS in Marketing and a MBA in Finance. He served on the Business School Alumni Boards for both his alma mater and the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.
