Annual Fund Drive

Have you ever attended one of RLT’s shows and thought “wow” when you first see the set or have you admired the costumes the actors are wearing? Have you ever been so captivated by a performance that you’ve almost forgotten to breathe? Have you ever enjoyed a show so much that you want to go see it again? Or is there one that you’re still thinking about a week later? Those are all reasons why we put shows on stage and why we’ve been doing it for almost 75 years.

Raleigh Little Theatre was founded during the rough economic times of the Great Depression by a band of local folk who loved live theatre. Over the years, the theatre has enjoyed the good times and weathered the hard ones. The Theatre means so much to so many of us, and we must depend on you and others like you to keep the theatre alive. As they say, the show must go on.

Sponsorships and government grants are not going to help us through this difficult economic time.  Sponsorships have shrunk to only 4% of our budget; local grants contribute 13%. Ticket sales count for 44% of our $900,000 annual income; class tuition payments, another 17%. We rely on your assistance for the rest.

We urge you to make Raleigh Little Theatre’s Annual Fund Drive a priority on your gift list. Please send a much needed tax-deductible contribution today. You can make a contribution online using a credit card or PayPal account, or print out and send in the fund drive form (PDF).

Your donation will be processed through PayPal Make a donation to Raleigh Little Theatre's Annual Fund Drive
